Gabriella Albertelli, is the Sole Director and the main shareholder, with 90% of the Company's Shares.

Since the early 1990s, Gabriella has been involved in the management and investment, focusing on the active management of Companies in the digital Sector, such as Master Service from 1990, to 2001, a company that was in charge of digitizing the paper archives of Banks and Public Companies, and from 2004 to 2010 with MOMOSY Ltd - UK, to the development of a Financial Analysis Algorithm, later sold to Bloomberg - UK.
