The target profile must have the following characteristics:

- Disruptive business model

- Strength of Business Modell

- Scalable Business model

- Strategy and Business capable of spreading Globally

- Team appropriate to the objectives

We invest both in Class A shares with voting rights, and participate in the Board, but also in Round of Preferred shares, also without voting rights.

We help and assist the Start-up up to the Exit path, which can be an M&A, or listing on the Public Market
